Where is my data stored?
On [HOSTING_LOCATION] servers. Payments are processed by Stripe — card details never touch our systems. Details in the Privacy Policy.
How is sensitive data protected?
Licence and OS keys are encrypted at rest and masked in the interface; revealing one is permission-gated and written to the audit log. Every company (tenant) is strictly isolated.
What does the public QR page show?
Only safe basics: device type, model, serial and status — plus a return contact. You choose per company whether that is the holder's name or a generic IT contact. Never specs, prices or keys.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period and access continues until then. Payments are not refunded — see the Refund Policy.
Is GearDock GDPR-friendly?
Yes — for your company data you stay the controller and we act as processor; export and deletion are available. Analytics, if enabled at all, are cookieless.
